Thomas Benedetto, Esq.,
has been an attorney for the past 16 years. Benedetto, a 1983
graduate of A.P.W., earned his B.A. in Policy Studies (’87), and a
J.D (’91) from
Syracuse University. He is currently employed full-time as a
Law Clerk for Hon. David J. Roman, Oswego County Family Court
Judge. He was previously engaged in the private practice of law for
several years, and also served as an Assistant District Attorney and
Deputy Coroner. He is an active volunteer for various
Not-For-Profit organizations, currently serving as President of the
A.P.W. Educational Foundation, Inc. He is a member of the Oswego
County Bar Association (Past President) and Coordinator of the
Oswego County Mock Trial Program. He also served as a member
of the Board of Education at A.P.W. where he served for over seven
years. He and his wife Patricia, a Teaching Assistant, have 5
children, and resides in the Town of Amboy. Thom enjoys spending
time with his family, volunteering in the community and working on
his old Ford trucks.
